Spiced Pomegranate Gin | Jamie Oliver. Heat 350 g caster sugar 200 ml pomegranate juice 12 whole peppercorns 4 cinnamon sticks 4 star anise zest and juice of 1 clementine to a gentle boil, then cool. Add seeds from 3 pomegranates and 1 litre Bombay Sapphire gin. Leave for 2 weeks or up to 2 months in cool dark place.
Bourbon and Vanilla Infused Sugar - Sprinkle on top of cookies, muffins before or after baking or stirred into coffee/tea. Mix some into a berry cobbler. This is a finishing sugar. I would NOT use it IN a cake or IN cookies but put it on top.
