How to Make Quinoa in a Rice Cooker  1 c quinoa  2 c liquid (low-sodium chicken broth, low-sodium vegetable broth, or water)  1/2 t salt  Using a fine mesh sieve rinse quinoa in cold water then pour into rice cooker.  Add liquid & salt.  Turn on rice cooker. In approx. 15 min You'll have perfectly cooked quinoa.  Unplug cooker, allow to set for 3-5 min, then fluff with a fork.
