I really liked this one as well. I enjoyed reading about how to recoginze stress in others as well as healthier ways to deal with stress. My job is not stressful everyday but once in awhile when we are under a deadline it is difficult to deal with the stress. I think my stress comes because if we mess up or don't follow through it could be detrimental to some other than me. I try to remember who is effected by the choices I make each day, that way I am able to keep focus and not drop the ball.
