Ballygally Castle, built by a Scotsman in 1625, is in the village of Ballygally, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. The castle overlooks the sea at the head of Ballygally Bay. Now run as a hotel, it is the only 17th century building still used as a residence in Northern Ireland, and is reputed to be one of the most haunted places in the province.
The Cameron House | Loch Lomond ↬ The Cameron House is a unique combination of old and new: it is a top class hotel and spa with multiple boutique restaurants on the premises, but has managed to retain a sense of Scots grandeur that you would expect in a country estate or lodge. http://www.booking.com/hotel/gb/cameron.en-gb.html?&aid=839123
