Not everyone likes dark chocolate. Make your own homemade milk chocolate bars that are chemical and additive free! These use ingredients you probably already have on hand (honey, cocoa, butter, cream, etc.) Sort of paleo diet friendly if you're the kind who still eats butter and cream ;)
Not made this for a while but it is lovely - I use a tbsp of flavoured syrup in mine instead of the vanilla - Put the condensed milk, cream and vanilla into a large bowl. Beat with an electric whisk until thick and quite stiff, a bit like clotted cream. Scrape into a freezer container or a large loaf tin, cover with cling film and freeze until solid.
Giant, squidgy marshmallow rippled with melted dark chocolate – delicious on it’s own or even better floated in a mug of creamy hot chocolate. Find Waitrose ultimate hot chocolate recipe here: http://www.waitrose.com/content/waitrose/en/home/recipes/recipe_directory/u/ultimate-hot-chocolate.html
