The Original Mike's Late Night Nachos - This is the easiest recipe for homemade nachos to make, yet also the most satisfying, made with corn tortilla chips, salsa con queso, shredded cheddar, chorizo, jalapeno slices, fresh avocado and tomato. Perfect for parties, tailgating and late night gatherings. My friends can't get enough of these late night nachos.
Salsa! Dried red chile de arbol (idk what pepper that is in English, lol and tomatoes; wrap it in foil wrap and 'grill' or you can boil them in water. Once ready, just add the garlic (1 clove is enough!) Throw in blender.. blend... and add salt to taste :-) afterwards you can add minced cilantro... oh my GEEE that adds some taste!!
Bright and fresh, this salsa is the best you've ever tasted! So easy to make and it's sure to "wow" anyone you make it for!
