Italian Seasoning Mix 3 T dried parsley 3 T dried basil 2.5 T dried oregano 1 t dried thyme 1 T garlic powder 1 t onion powder 1 t dried rosemary 1/2 t red pepper flakes 1/4 t black pepper Mix all the spices together in a small bowl, then give them a whirl in your food processor*, or spice grinder* then store in an airtight container.
No yeast pizza dough-so I used this base recipe and used garbonzo bean flour, omitted the baking powder and salt, used baking soda, and grapes seed oil, added a little flour(garbonzo bean) to right consistency and baked the crust for 10 min before topping. Turned out GREAT!!
