Drop Dumplings from scratch. Super easy and delicious! Great for Scotch Collops. -- 2 C Flour; 1.5 tsp Salt; 1 Tbsp Baking Powder; 2 Tbsp Veg. oil; 1 C lukewarm Water. Add dry ingredients together well. add oil and mix with a fork. add water to desired consistency. Drop by spoonful of dumpling onto broth or stew and let steam for 4 minutes. (variation: add chopped herbs to flour) -- @marytabata
