Homemade Chicken pot pie: You buy a ready made pie crust that includes two crusts for top and bottom. I broil or bake 3 chicken breasts and cut into small pieces once cooked. I then add the bottom crust to a glass pie pan and add the chicken and two cans of Amy's organic vegetable soup. You can also use her organic mushroom soup as well or add a cup of plain yogurt to the vegetable soup to give it thickness and kick. Add the second crust to the top and bake 450 for 10-12 minutes.
