Hoagie Rolls - I knew my regular roll recipe would be too soft/"weak" to make hoagies with, so I tried this last night (in the bread machine). Mr. Goats was so happy with our leftover-meats-in-toasted-subs dinner that he said we had to do this every time we had an assortment of leftover meats. Thanks largely to the deliciously tender-but-tough (in the best way) bread.
This is my hoagie bread dough I make whenever I need hoagies...as I never buy them. I can make them fresh when I need them and this recipe makes them alot easier. Makes 6. If you like them harder, bake them just a little longer.
