In CoachingOurselves groups of managers get together for 90 minute meetings, with or without a facilitator, to talk about work, guided by one of over 70 CoachingOurselves topics. Created by Phil LeNir and Henry Mintzberg, CoachingOurselves is a proven process to catalyze informal and social learning in organizations in lieu of going back to college getting a Bachelor and/or Masters Degree in entrepreneurship, I am going to try it out and will let you know the results.
