The Hemsley + Hemsley answer to fried chicken, free from breadcrumbs and vegetable oil but crunchy, crispy, succulent and delectable. Our baked version is almond crusted, unbelievably good and a hit at any dinner or picnic we take it to.
If you don't already know - ginger is a winner! Throughout the world, this incredible root is enjoyed as a delicacy, medicine, or spice. Our gingernut biscuits with ground almonds, dried ginger and date syrup are deliciously chewy and crisp round the edges. Full of spice and just enough sweetness.
