Parmesan Chicken 1- Mayo, Parmesan Cheese and Bread Crumbs - super easy, and SO tasty! I added extra breadcrumbs to the Mayo/Parmesan mix, and stirred in diced tomato, basil, rosemary, and pepper. I spread the mix onto pre salt and peppered chicken breasts, and sprinkle more crumbs on top, then I cooked for 20 minutes at 425F and they were perfect!
Parmesan Crusted Chicken--Just mix Sour Cream or Yogurt (this subsitutes the mayo to be a little healthier)(1/2 c) and parm cheese (1/4 c). Spread over chicken breast in a baking dish, sprinkle italian bread crumbs on top and bake for 20-30 minutes. SO moist and tasty!
