This picture illustrated the fourth part of the framework of Hegemonic Masculinity which is the dynamics of masculinities. Masculinities are configurations of practice that are constructed, unfold and change through time. As gender relations evolve the dynamics of masculinities may see a complete abolition of power differentials and more equitable relationships between men and women and men and other men.
