Space-saving Kid's bedroom Makeover. We created a mid sleeper bed for our daughter to last into her teenage years. Best use of hallway space. Stairs this way around creates open feel & retains high ceiling (enables traditional ceiling clothes airer to be mounted above) Space is 'borrowed' from original stairwell, but sufficient head height is cleverly retained
