So, so true. Happiness starts off as a mind set before it becomes a feeling. If you don't feel happy it's very very hard but you have to try to be happy! Be grateful and satisfied with EVERYTHING you have (always list things you are grateful for), live for God and love others and yourself and happiness will follow! Choose happiness- always tell yourself you can and should be happy whatever the situation :)
