Workout Playlist for May 2016 from http://busyfitmama.com Putting together a new workout playlist is always a great way to perhaps give you an extra bit of motivation at the gym. I try to change mine monthly and hit the shuffle button so it’s hard to second guess what’s coming up next. I generally like my music to be upbeat but I occasionally chuck a slow one in there just because I like that particular track.
