Shoulders, knees, CUP! Students try to be the first one to grab the cup after listening to a series of commands. Have them break in to pairs facing a cup, then shout Head, Toes, Elbows, Toes, Ears, Hair (really anything will work) and then CUP! The first person to grab the cup moves on, finds a new partner, and the losers sit down. Last person standing wins! #cupsanddowns is a game where one team tries to turn all the cups upside down and the other team tries to turn them right side up. At the end of the time, whoever has the most their way wins. Simple, inexpensive game that could bring a lot of energy.
Separate into 2 teams. And then divide those 2 teams into 2 groups that will stand on opposing ends of the raceway. First teammate wraps up in a sleeping bag and races to the team member waiting on the other end. Play continues until the last team member has made it across.
