Salmon and potato bake.  This was delicious - just be sure to add your own seasoning as there isn't much detail around seasoning and it might otherwise be bland as the reviews mention.  I used some fresh rosemary, oregano and parsley and topped with freshly ground pepper, turmeric and paprika.  Also good for people like myself who might not love the taste of fish, but like fish for the health benefits.  Nice balance of flavours.  :)

Salmon and potato bake recipe floury potatoes 1 tbsp olive oil 1 large red onion 1 tbsp plain flour 3 salmon fillets double cream grated Gruyère A few handfuls of baby spinach

Three-Tin Tomato, Turmeric & Coconut Dahl: Fry 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp ground coriander in 1 tbs coconut oil & 1 tbs olive oil. Add 300g cooked green lentils (drain, rinse if tinned), 400g chopped tomatoes, 400ml coconut milk; simmer 20 min. Add salt and pepper and 2 tbs chopped green coriander.
