Grizzly House - exotic fondues, like ostrich, rattlesnake, buffalo, caribou -- you name the meat, they get the pot of melted cheese ready. Two of their more out-there 'dues are the "Hunter Bourguignonne" (wild boar, buffalo, and venison), and the "Exotic" (shark, bison, 'gator, venison, rattlesnake, ostrich, and, whew, frogs' legs).
The Memphis Grizzlies House serves as the primary short-term stay (1-7 days) facility for St. Jude patients and families staying in Memphis for treatment and has the capacity to serve up to 100 families per night. The facility is appropriately named after the city’s NBA basketball team, the Memphis Grizzlies, who contributed 5 million dollars towards the construction of this unique state-of-the-art facility and the first housing facility to be located on St. Jude’s campus
