A Healthy Makeover: Grilled Portabella Mushrooms. 6 large portabella mushroom caps, ½ cup balsamic vinegar, 1/3 cup water, 3 cloves minced garlic, 3 tsp dried basil, 2 T extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Marinate mushroom caps for 1 hour. Grill 5-7 minutes on each side.
