Smoked/Grilled Flank steak:  Set grill at 350 with 100% Hickory pellets  Cut 2 freash cloves of garlic in half and rub meat briskly with garlic, both sides. Salt and pepper to taste.  Crush garlic onto bot sides and leave sit on counter for 20 minutes before putting on grill.  About 15min per side or until its at your doneness! Mine is 155 or medium, Always check internal temp!
