ROYAL MARINE JUDOKA LOSES TO RUSSIAN CHAMPION Royal Marine and UK Olympic judoka Chris Sherrington has been knocked out of the London 2012 Olympic judo +100kg category by three times world gold medallist Alexander Mikhaylin of Russia. Chris, 28, was the first heavyweight in 20 years to represent Great Britain at any Olympic games, competing in the men’s +100kg category this morning at 9.30am.
