might i suggest to anyone whom will soon try this ...measure 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar into a shot glass , fill the remainder of shot glass with OJ or any other citrus juice and CHUG ! The honey doesn't cut the vinegar taste and adding a cup of juice only makes it harder to get down . A shot glass is the perfect amount , easily drinkable with the same effect (:
