Oh, no, those aren't ungraded papers from kids...that's all the paperwork, documentation, communications & other piles of papers teachers need to "teach" today! You can thank all those 3 & 4 letter acronyms like FIP, TBT, OTES, RTI, IEP, ESL, TAG, etc, etc, etc! It all spells SOL for teachers! No wonder most of them GET OUT within 10 years!
