Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein by Optimum Nutrition ...favorite protein powder ever. I have it every single day since I don't eat meat!

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein Review

4 Ingredient Protein Pancakes: 100g of greek yogurt, 1 egg white, 1/4 c wholemeal self raising flour, 1 scoop protein powder. Mix yogurt & egg white in 1 bowl - and flour & protein powder in another bowl. Combine & cook like you would regular pancakes. Add any extras (berries, chocolate chips, whatever you like!) Flip them when they start bubbling on each side :)

Protein Waffles: 4 egg whites, or 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute 1/2 cup (4 oz) low-fat cottage cheese 1/2 cup (40gm) plain instant oats 1 scoop (25 gm) vanilla or cake batter flavored protein powder, such as Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard, Cake Batter flavor 2 packets of Truvia Natural Sweetener, or other sweetener to taste 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Quick Protein Brownie Recipe This quick protein brownie recipe is something that you can whip together in no time for a change of pace snack or just for for sinful enjoyment without any sin. You can use any chocolate protein powder. I pretty much stick with Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard, but I have tried this with other brands as well. You can actually use other varieties of protein except for casein as it will need much more water and the consistency never seems to be right.
