Soak thick, juicy beef filets in a heady marinade of Burgundy wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic and dried oregano. Grill the filets and serve with a dollop of butter creamed with shallots, green onions, white pepper and a dash of wine.
This Mulled Blackberry Wine is too good to save just for Christmas, I've served it on Bonfire Night whilst waiting for fireworks and it was SO good! Toasted vegan marshmallows and sparklers obligatory!
Chilli Jam: Although I call this chilli jam, I don't mean by this that it's the sort of thing you'd spread on your toast at breakfast (though smeared inside a bacon sandwich, it could be a real help one hungover morning) but rather a chilli jelly - chelly? - that glows a fiery, flecked red and is fabulous with cold meats or a cheese plate. And just a small pot of it makes a gorgeous present.
Go traditional with a berry red and rich gold colour scheme to offset faux evergreen wreaths, garlands and hanging pines in your living room this Christmas. The new Winter Cottage collection from @Sainsburys has everything you need to create this timeless look and a range of fabulously festive candles to make sure your home smells Christmassy too! #sponsored #sainsburyshome http://trib.al/GtS6gqN
