I personally don't find that ginger stops migraines however it can sometimes alleviate some of the symptoms if caught in time. I find that ginger tea & ginger biscuits can also help a bad headache (totally different from migraine but if it's a bad one debilitating just the same) Unfortunately I get both however I'm getting better at managing the headaches at least. Stress & dehydration are two of the biggest triggers.
