Ginger Baker—Baker was one-third of ‘60s powerhouse Cream. Possessed of a bombastic, explosive style, Baker’s playing was often overshadowed by guitarist Eric Clapton and bassist Jack Bruce’s equally explosive battles of ego.

Ginger Baker outstanding drummer he was mad about people saying he is a rockdrummer, because he felt himself a jazzdrummer.

Ginger Baker was considered by Max Roach and  Art Blakey to be the best Jazz drummer of that time. This meant alot to Mr. Baker since he always wanted to be a Jazz drummer.
