(Learner centered to me) I think a learner centered class will feel safe to all students. No matter the students race, culture, background, etc. the student will feel comfortable around his/her peers and teacher.

Time Zones above a global/geography bulletin board in my classroom. I liked this idea and putting the clocks above a global map or globe. This will get children thinking about time zones and realizing that places around the world are not the same as us.
