Lazy Chicken Wings for One

I'm going to let you in on one of my tried and true 'recipes', which is totally just a little trick I've been doing since high school whenever I'm really lazy and REALLY hungry. Chicken fried rice: 1 Tbl sesame oil Half an onion sliced 2 cloves of garlic minced 1 tsp grated ginger 1 medium chicken breast diced 120 g of cooked wholegrain rice 40 g of frozen garden peas 1 carrot grated 1 Tbl soya sauce 1 Tbl of Hoisin Sauce 2 spring onion sliced finely Salt & Pepper to taste

SLOW BAKED CHICKEN WINGS 5 lb frozen chicken wings 10 oz soy sauce 1/2 c brown sugar 1/2 c white sugar 2 tbsp honey 1/8 tsp chili powder 5 cloves garlic 1 in ginger Blend ingredients. In a pan lined with foil, pour blended mixture over the still-frozen chicken wings. Place on center oven rack and bake at 250°F for 2 - 2 1/2 hours, turning and basting every 30-40 minutes. When wings are done they will be tender. Remove from sauce and serve immediately or keep warm in a Crock-Pot.

Crock Pot Chicken Wings

3lb frozen chkn wings, salt & pepper, cook low in crock pot 8 hours, drain, then add 1 bottle bbq sauce and 1/2 c pineapple preserves cook another 30 minutes or longer. (Hot sauce optional)
