Recipe: Acai Bowl acai bowl Blend: 1 packet of frozen acai 1 c. frozen spinach 1/2 c. berries 1 scoop brown rice/hemp protein powder 1 c. almond or rice milk 1 packet of stevia to sweeten Pour mixture into a bowl. Add: walnuts sliced banana fresh berries flaxseed hempseed (great source of protein) ENJOY!
Acai bowl - when you'd rather eat your smoothie. Buy unsweetened acai packets, add protein powder and PaleoCleanse, frozen berries and liquid of choice. Top with fruit, chia seeds, nuts, or hemp seeds.
Glow Bowl Recipe: 1 banana / 100 g Acai from Macacos / 1/2 cup frozen blueberries / 1 teaspoon Agave syrup / 1 teaspoon almond butter / 1/2 cup almond milk / 1-2 teaspoon pea protein / 5-6 st strawberries Mix the ingredients in a blender. Fill a bowl (I used my nice coconut bowl from RawNice) and spice up with everything you like. Enjoy!
