123PM: A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for Jack county in North Texas until 4:15 PM. Heavy thunderstorms that produced 4-5 inches of rain in Young County are now moving into Jack county. This activity is moving northeast at 30 MPH. Jacksboro, Bryson, Newport, and Highway 380/114/281 are all included in this warning. Be mindful of low-water crossings on county roads as they may flood. Flash Flood Warnings continue for Young, Baylor, and Archer counties just to the west.
