Somedays I literally feel sick, sore and exhausted. Maybe because of lifestyle and junk food. But I need to realize how much energy I can unlock by just putting on some sneaks and getting out there! Once I've done that I'm half way there!
I honestly want this board to be about running inspiration not people showing off their Nike pros and their 6 packs and brand new sneakers so I hopefully am leaning towards the more trail running posts
