This is the (now missing) Jimi Hendrix all rosewood Strat. Fender built 2 legendary rosewood guitars - the first was a Telecaster for George Harrison (delivered in 1969 and used on Let it Be and Abby Road) and the 2nd - finished in April 1970 was this Strotocaster made for Jimi. It was never delivered - probably because Jimi died shortly after. This Strat is now missing. Fender Japan did some copies in the 80's.

The bass that started it all. 50's era Fender Precisions set the standard for bass guitars, and the P-bass is still an industry standard.
