The simple use of pencils to show difference is a really smart idea which not only explains the poster immediately, but really grabs your attention. The background is nice and bright and gives the poster a happy feel, and the font is almost like a child's handwriting which goes well with the pencil idea.
A presentation and poster explaining what inclusion is/should be in the classroom or school environment. This is full of simplified statements and could be expanded upon for awareness or staff training purposes.
Diversity: Every person that you encounter is unique to our world. This is true in our classrooms. Each child comes form a different family, in a different background, and have different beliefs. All of that is okay! Everyone is allowed to be different and should be accepted for being their self.
