Not to mention employers also implement tricks like making it against the rules to ask another employee what their salary is or else you get fired. Which means a woman can KNOW she's being paid less than her male coworker for the same job, but she can't say anything or else she'll be fired. THAT is deplorable, and frustratingly legal…
