Easy breakfast for a week! Individual egg white "quiche"- you can make with OR without crust all you need is: a muffin tin, carton of egg whites, your favorite veggies (I used spinach broccoli tomatoes and portobello) and favorite cheese (or go without!) I made two options. One: broccoli, turkey meat cubed, and feta. Second: spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, Parmesan, and garlic (no crust). Just add whatever ingredients you like and you've got a healthy individual breakfast option!

I have really been loving meal prepping for the week! For breakfast I do egg white muffins: Place muffin paper inside of the pan. Use 1 carton of liquid egg whites poured inside of each muffin paper then add whatever you want. I added spinach, tomatoes and cheese but next week I'll add spinach, cheese, chicken sausage, with red and green bell peppers! Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until firm! #mealprep #mealplan #cleaneating
