Game-show host/announcer/spokesman Ed McMahon was born today 3-6 in 1923. He first worked with Johnny Carson on the daytime game show Who Do You Trust? (1957-62) and in Oct of 1962 he launched with Johnny on the Tonight Show. He hosted Star Search in the 80s-mid 90s. Ed passed in 2009.
