I took her recipe for Old-Time Beef Stew & adapted it to my family's preferences. So, grab your Dutch oven & get to work. You'll be chowing down on some darn good stew in no time!

Dutch Oven Beef Stew. Instead of tomato paste I used a can of diced tomato and added fresh thyme, rosemary, allspice and a bay leaf for added flavours. I also included french green beans and thick pieces of zucchini to cook on top in the last 10 minutes before serving. It was delicious!
