So I just tried this experiment for fun. What you need: -Vicks vapor rub -Coconut oil -Coffee grounds -Saran wrap u2022First I put a layer of vicks vapor rub on my stomach. u2022Then I mixed the coffee grounds and coconut oil and made it into a paste. Then rubbed that on my stomach. u2022I then wrapped saran wrap around my stomach 4x. u2022I let it sit for 30 min. - Fitness Time

Homemade body wrap. Why spend $$ at the salons when you can wrap in the comfort of your own home? Take body measurements. Soak ace bandages with Epson salt in hot water. While bandages are soaking, gently stimulate application area with hands or wash cloth to stimulate lymnoids in cells. Apply firming cream and vitamin e to desired area.
