The Raiders again played its brand of smash-mouth football and again smashed even more school records on Saturday as they beat Lafayette 65-41 at Andy Kerr Stadium.    Colgate established school and Patriot League records with 755 yards total offense and 531 yards rushing in its sixth win of the season, and was  led again by quarterback Gavin McCarney and taiback Jordan McCord, who continue to give opposing defenses fits.

The biggest win of the year belongs to the Raiders  Canberra came into Round 3 with two straight losses so they really needed a win V Wests Tigers and it needed to be a big one considering they had a tough one V Sharks the week before.  The green machine certainly delivered against the Wests Tigers, winning 46-6 and with that they recorded the biggest win of any side so far in 2017 (40 points).
