I was 19yrs when I was diagnosed with my first autoimmune disease, just a girl. Now I am a middle aged woman with 9 autoimmune diseases and 30 chronic health conditions. No offense to anyone who offers suggestions, if you hear something, please tell me, but on the same note, don't get offended and act like I'm an idiot who doesn't want to get well if I tell you I already tried it and it didn't help me. I've been in pain for years and have had a lot of time to try different things.

Reality for many is even before a diagnoses, knowing something was wrong, but unable to find a doctor who could figure it out! All tests come back normal ... except for the MRI and Lumbar puncture!
