Ten Request From A Person With Alzheimer's.- close to my heart as my Dad had dementia and it was a long battle. I would perhaps leave out 'pray for me', as it's assuming everyone dealing with this is a person of faith and that's not always the case... just because you don't pray doesn't mean you care any less.
