Where do seeds come from investigation.... This started out as a tray with a whole butternut squash, tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, melon and pomegranate.... The children then cut each thing open to discover and collect the seeds from inside them....(the seeds have now been put to dry so they can be planted) once the seed investigation was complete the children had great fun just cutting!!
Cucamelons are the cutest fruit ever! Just look at them – they are like tiny watermelons that taste like a slightly tangy cucumber. We are certain that once you look at them you will want to have them in your garden. And it is a true delight to grow them as they are so easy to grow – even for beginners.
Boursin hapje - Wash cucumber, cut in halve on lenght, take out seeds. Fil with boursin or any "soft cheese," save in fridge till needed. Take out, slice into 1 1/2 cm (or any size wanted) put a fresh basil leaf on an a sundried tomato. Stick a toothpick in and some fresh pepper over it…(blog is not in English)
