Great craft idea for telling the story of Moses parting the Red Sea! Super easy, even for those who are not so gifted in the crafts department.

The children will move a balloon (pretending to be Moses.) by answering a question from the story. After all the balloon have been moved and the "Dry Land" is visible we will all walk through our version of the "RED SEA."

Crossing the Red Sea VBS snack. Rice Crispy square bottom, graham cracker sides painted with blue and green icing smeared together for water effect. Graham Bears stuck to rice crispy treat with chocolate icing. These were so much fun and the kids loved them!

Blue tablecloths hung from the ceiling (gathered and taped up with duct tape), various color blue balloons representing water, as the kids walked thru, the waters separated so they could walk on "dry land". (also had a pillar of fire, and a pillar of cloud that was carried before and after them as they walked thru the waters of the Red Sea.
