1. Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing and pepper sauce until smooth. 2. Add in cheese and chicken. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, continue in microwave for 90 seconds and stir again. 3. Continue in 1 minute intervals until dip is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. 4. May be mixed in an oven safe baking dish and baked for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or mixed in a slow cooker and heated on low for several hours.
Freeze Ahead: Freeze three raw, roughly cut up chicken breasts with half a tiny bottle of Franks. Day you want tacos, dump it in the crock pot (don't bother thawing), add half a tiny bottle of ranch and a bag of shredded cheese. Serve on tortillas. Boom.
