Light and crispy waffles. Just made it and it was yum. Not as thick as regular waffles but maybe that was just me. Didn't have buttermilk so I put a tbsp of lemon in room temp milk. Served it with greek yogurt, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries with a drizzle of honey. Whole family loved it!
