Crispy-Outside Creamy-Inside Garlic Herb Potatoes. Quite possibly the BEST POTATOES / SIDE DISH EVER. (Note from @w_adogbymyside pinner: Make sure you use baby potatoes and nothing larger, as the recipe might not turn out. I tried this with larger potatoes than called for, and they fell apart. They were still really tasty, but they weren't something you could pick up with your hand.)
