Homemade Creole Seasoning. Pinned and tried! I used 2 tbsp of salt as I try and limit our salt intake, this still looked quite a lot however bear in mind this does make one whole cup (or clean salsa jar in my case!) of seasoning. I mixed two tsp with some breadcrumbs and coated 4 chicken breasts, delicious. There is a fair old kick but that's the way I like it :-)
This seasoning is used for Emeril's yellowfin tuna with grilled pineapple salsa, simple turkey meatloaf, chicken cordon bleu, Southern-style pan-fried catfish, corn cakes with christmas caviar, and creole-spiced fried chicken.
